UIL Finalizes Preparations For Play

Term Coming To An End: UIL presents all of the officer candidates for next year. Every candidate shares why UIL members should vote for them followed by an interview from the current officers. Junior co stage manager Lillian Adams said “I’m excited to see what I can put into an officer role and what I can do better for this club.”

UIL plans to work on tech for Smile Nd Nod daily during the fourth period. They have a costume parade on Thursday, April 27, where they get every actor into their costumes and show the directors what they have prepared. On set, they are finalizing their designs, making sure they have everything ready for Theater A Thon this Saturday, April 29. Lights are recording cues, and sound is gathering every sound we need and testing them out. The publicity team is getting their advertisements together, making tickets, and finalizing their poster. Lastly, projections are making each projection and setting up the projector.
