Rising Popstar: Ashlyn Yencle (11) is singing the song the “Mi Todo” on the main stage theater for Choir’s Pop Show. As she sings, she dances with her duet partner, making a night people will never forget. “I was In my happy place, I felt really happy because I was doing what I loved most, I was singing, dancing, and performing,” Yencle said.
On Friday, May 8, the choir held their once-a-year Pop Show in the main theater. They performed the Midnight Sun set list, which featured “Turn The Beat Around,” “Love Wins All,” and a lot more songs. It highlighted group performances alongside talented soloists. Friends and family came to show support for the students and appreciate the teachers who made this happen. Throughout the performance, the audience responded with applause and cheers in each song. The annual event allowed choir students to showcase their hard work and dedication to others.
