Pushing Through For The Final Reveal: All UIL members, like Junior Jackielou Bolanos, move set pieces for setup. UIL makes every effort to push through one more time in order to produce the greatest outcome they can given the impending competition. Jackielou said, “I’m thrilled but also anxious [for the competition] since I’m showcasing high fashion from the French Neoclassicism Renaissance.”

The primary areas UIL is emphasizing this week are finalizing the script, assembling costumes, and acquiring last-minute accessories and set components. Actors are becoming more involved in the details of their characters as a result of numerous scenes and lines being omitted or reduced. UIL has already cut their script from 57 minutes to 41 minutes which was their biggest concern. They are still taking into account all of the suggestions they were given by the clinics they previously attended, and they are taking steps to prevent anything that could cause them to be disqualified. On March 8 of the following week, they will compete in the event for which they are preparing. After sight rehearsals on Monday, March 6, where they will tape the floor for prop placements, that will happen.
