Kerr UNICEF held the Tree planting service on Friday, February 27, outside the campus. As volunteers arrived, they were directed to sign in and listen in for instructions. Each volunteer had their own role and group with staff throughout the process, ensuring a safe and efficient experience. The service lasted from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m, with students digging, planting, and cleaning up. After the service, participants were asked to clean up the area after planting the trees.

They planted trees on the perimeter of the campus, and staff continued to guide volunteers. “If you wanna live in a better place and a better community you can’t expect it to happen, you gotta give. This is a way of giving.” – Berry Ward
