On Saturday, December 9, Speech and Debate competed at the third annual CASE Tournament. With entries in World Schools, Congress, Policy, Lincoln Douglas, and Public Forum, the team surely had their hands full. By the end of the tournament, results were announced, and the team was proud to represent: Karen Landaverde placed 1 in Novice LD, Sophia Ghebrelul placed 3 in Novice LD, Ethan Luu placed 3 in Novice LD, Sean McClain placed 1 in Varsity Congress, Nyla Whiteside placed 2 in Varsity Congress, Frank Niu and Sochi Egbune placed 1 in Policy, Gabrielle Brown and Ai Tran placed 2 in Policy, and Team LASER placed 3 in World Schools. Now, the team is preparing for CASE 4 coming up in a few weeks.
