Administration Looks Forward to Events

SAVE THE DATE The Fall Open House will take place on Tuesday, September 26 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Students and family are welcome and encouraged to attend. “All centers will be open and teachers available to share information about their courses,” stated the Family Newsletter. “There will also be presentations offered throughout the evening to share ways we can work together to support our children.”

The Kerr Band Splash Day will take place tomorrow, Thursday, September 20. On Tuesday, September 26, there will be a College Fair during lunch. At 6:30 p.m., the Fall Open House will take place until 8:00 p.m. The following day, Wednesday, September 27, the Jazz Houston Orchestra will be performing at Kerr High School. There will also be a HCC Application Workshop for students applying to HCC who have not taken dual credit courses.

Reading the Lines As seen in the picture, Shirley Doan is studying and reading the lines of a practice exam. As she is a junior who took APUSH, she was preparing for her history exam. I hope I do good since the passing grade is quite low, Doan said.
