Administration Prepares for Engaging Activities

JOIN THE FUN Kerr Band will be hosting Splash Day, with many water games. Students will be required to turn in their medical release form in order to participate. “Tickets start at $5 for wristbands and $5 for 7 tickets,” stated the Kerr High School Band Instagram page. “Day of prices are $7 for a wristband and $1 per ticket.”

On Thursday, September 14, there will be an Orchestra Movie Night in the Orchestra Hall after school. Elsik High School will also be hosting its field day on the same day. Saturday, September 16, will be a Cadre Workday from 9 AM to 4 PM. Next week, Tuesday, September 19, the Kerr Jazz Band will be having a School Board performance. On Thursday, September 21, Kerr Band will be hosting Splash Day.

Reading the Lines As seen in the picture, Shirley Doan is studying and reading the lines of a practice exam. As she is a junior who took APUSH, she was preparing for her history exam. I hope I do good since the passing grade is quite low, Doan said.
