Alief Jazz Ballet dance concert on Dec. 17

Alief Jazz Ballet will be presenting “A Winter’s Night” dance concert on Wednesday, December 17 and Thursday, December 18.

The concert will be at 7 pm in the Elsik High School Theater. The tickets are $5 before the concert, and $7 at the door. See any AJB member for a ticket.

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
