EOCs to be taken from Monday to Thursday

December 1, 2014

From Monday, December 1 to Thursday, December 4, all students (excluding seniors) will take an End-of-Course exam (EOC) correlating to a class they’re currently taking. In addition, there will be no early release on Wednesday due to EOC testing. Below is the schedule for the exams:

Monday, December 1: English I

Tuesday, December 2: US History

Wednesday, December 3: English II, Algebra I

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
