Muslim Student Association to meet on Sept. 5

September 5, 2014

The Muslim Student Association (MSA) will meet Friday, September 5, after school in room 334.

The meeting is for all members, new and returning. At the meeting there will be a speech followed by a Jummah (Friday) prayer.

Anyone is welcome. For more information contact Eileen Caetta in the Spanish center.

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
