National Art Honor Society to meet at Sept. 9

September 5, 2014

The National Art Honor Society (NAHS) will be having its very first meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 9, at 2:30 PM in the art area.

Anyone interested in learning more about the National Art Honor Society and what they do is welcome to attend this meeting. Current members are also welcome to attend, as future events and dates will be discussed.

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
