FBLA District Conference Jan. 25

January 21, 2014

Future Business Leaders of America will be attending district conference on Saturday, January 25.

Only members who have signed up and paid the fees for the conference are allowed to attend.

This year, the district conference will be held at Cypress Creek High School from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Lunch will be provided. Members attending must meet at Kerr by 6:45 AM. Buses will depart at 7:00 AM.

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
