Alief cancels early release on Wednesday for EOC

December 3, 2013

On Wednesday, December 4 and 11, there will be no early release.

Instead, the English II STAAR or End of Course (E.O.C.) exam and United States History exam will be held on those days. English II on December 4 and U.S. History on December 11.

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
