Band and Orchestra to perform Spring Concert

April 23, 2013

The spring performance of the band and orchestra will be  at Taylor High School’s auditorium on April 26.

Doors will be open for the audience at around 6:30 PM and the performance will begin at 7.

Tickets are being sold throughout the week for $2, $3 if purchased at the door.

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
