CFA Holds General Meeting

Coming to a close! Leyna Bui, Stephanie Torres, Sean McClain, Aresema Hagos, Brittanee Giang stand in a group together for the meeting activity. They conversated about final plans. “I cannot believe this may be my last club meeting with Chick-Fil-A Leadership Academy,” Bui said.

Chick-fil-A Leadership Academy held its club general meeting on Tuesday, April 15, in Room 334. Vice President Ruqayyah Yakubu led the session, focusing on outreach efforts to potential sponsors for the club’s ongoing passion project. The meeting also covered specific ideas for the flyer designs that the officers have in mind. Additionally, members went over how to RSVP for the upcoming event the club is planning.

"The Microbiologists decided to cancel because of all the testing that is happening," President Iris Hoang-Dugan said.

Breaking News: Sponsor Jacob Lazarou, Secretary Shirley Doan, and Secretary Feliz De Jesus discuss the things to come. Doan and Jesus took their stand for waffles. "We believe that waffles is a better alternative than mini pancakes," Doan said.
NTLB Discussion Meeting
One, Two, Three, Go: Sophomore Marcos Coronado, sophomore Ashlyn Yencle, and junior Lisa Le audition for the senior class Talent Show. Coronado and Yencle sing their pieces as Le plays along on her guitar. "We were really nervous performing but it all worked out in the end," Coronado said.
