On January 11- 12, STUCO received social skills training at Camp Allen, Navasota, Texas. STUCO officers and Executive Board, as well as other STUCO groups from different schools, joined a winter workshop. The workshop focuses on developing social and leadership skills and gave participants opportunities to collaborate with like-minded students. During one activity, groups brainstormed issues in their school that need more attention. STUCO members concluded that a lack of school spirit, driven by low student involvement, is a challenge many schools face.
