The Stir Fried Chicken & Shrimp (right) lacked  shrimp and had too much celery. The flavors did not blend well together. The chicken, celery, and shrimp were decently-seasoned but, as a combination, it lacked synergy.

The Fish Fillet with Hot Bean Sauce (left) was slightly over-salted but the spiciness and strong garlic flavor blend perfectly. In addition, the dish was well accommodated by rice.

The Pork Dumpling with Chives (back) were soggy, flavorless, and did not include dipping sauce. Compare to frozen dumplings sold at local supermarkets, these were far inferior.

The hot and sour soup (left) was not “hot” and the sour taste was extremely overwhelming.

The  miso soup (right) and although it was a bit watery, adding extra spices such as Sriracha and pepper enhanced the taste, whereas the hot and sour soup was beyond the point of no return.
