Dreamcatchers made by NAHS members

November 16, 2011

On Tuesday, November 15, National Art Honor Society held a dream-catcher event. The people who signed up for this event were to make their own dream catchers.

The following materials are needed to make a dreamcatcher: wire, yarn, string, tape, beads (optional) and feathers (optional).

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
