College expo to inform students about TSU

October 26, 2011

College Expo is an event  on Saturday, November 5, at Texas Southern University from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Students who want to attend this event could register online at www.etel.org. 

 During the event, lunch will be provided and scholarship giveaways will be available.

The seminar will over college admission, financial aid, scholarships, mental illness and STD, personal assessment, time management, behavior, and grooming. The college prep is over college life, panel discussion, representatives from all over the U.S. and more.

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
