The Kerronicle has been nominated as a finalist for a “Star” rating by the Interscholastic League Press Conference.

Judges met in March to make the final decisions for the winners of the Star Awards, which are based on the overall quality of the newspapers published this year. Star Awards will be presented at the Grand Awards Assembly, April 10 t the end of the ILPC Spring Convention in Austin.

Articles and photos published between February 1, 2010 to February 1, 2011 were submitted for Individual Achievement Awards.
