Just One More Time: Senior actresses Lilian Adams and Jackielou Bolanos narrate and act out the final scene of Act One of Into The Woods. With the first show night nearing, the actors and technical team worked diligently to run the show one more time to perfect all the scenes of the play. “I’m filled with excitement and nerves as we near the first show night. I’m privileged to be part of this production and I eagerly await our final, awe-inspiring night,” said Bolanos.
This week Cadre is running the entire show every day of the week. They are incorporating all the tech they have while running the show, doing the final minor touch-ups. That includes trying to get full runs of the show with mics, sets, props, costumes, makeup, lights, and sound. Meanwhile, actors are expected to know their lines and blocking off the top of their heads by now. Their last task before the first show night is working on putting their own personal touches on the blocking and developing their personalities in the play.
