Student Council Starts September Actions

A Battle of Cups! One of the icebreakers of the event, “Cup Race “ had students on their toes and rushing to catch the cup before their competitor could. In two long lines, players fiercely play against each other. An entertaining event from start to finish. “And the Homecoming theme for this year is… Princess and the Frog!” -Officer Syed Raza

Student Council held its Rush Meeting September 5 to introduce committee members and excite prospective members. Newcomers eagerly rushed to the cafeteria after school and were greeted with top hit pop songs followed by an informational presentation. The presentation included information about important incoming events and preparation for the 2023-2024 school year. AFter the presentation, STUCO officers led games and engaging activities to fire the new members’ enthusiasm. Attendees leave satisfied looking forward to their next official meeting on Tuesday, September 12.
