Student Council Back in Business

A Balloono Blast Guillermo Palacio and Connie Nguyen competitively play against each other in STUCO’s traditional game, “Balloono.” The game was exactly what was needed to kick-start a great year of events and memories. “It was really great to see all of our prospective members be competitive and enjoy the meeting.” -STUCO president Thy Tran

Student Council held its Rush Meeting August 22 to introduce their committee and excite their interested members. Newcomers eagerly rushed to the cafeteria after school and were greeted with top hit pop songs followed by an informational presentation. The presentation included information about important incoming events and preparation for the 2023-2024 school year. Post-presentation, STUCO officers put forward exciting games and engaging activities to fire the new members’ enthusiasm. Attendees leave satisfied looking forward to their next official meeting on Tuesday, September 12.
