FBLA’s banquet had ended with a mix of emotions. While some were celebrating their new officer positions, others sadly looked back as it was the final meeting of the year. Nevertheless, memories from the past year were commemorated. The new officers announced at the banquet also had mixed emotions. Sophomore Luis Renteria and next year’s FBLA 1st Vice President said, “I feel happy with the position, however, I feel a little nervous having to take on such a big responsibility.”

On Tuesday, May 9, FBLA held its annual banquet and last meeting of the year at Feast Buffet. After a speech from President Casey Nguyen, members got to enjoy delicious food while celebrating their final meeting. At the end of the banquet, next year’s FBLA officers were announced, which wrapped up the 22-23 FBLA year. Members are excited as they look forward to the following year.
