Fitness testing begins for Advisory classes

Starting on February 22, advisories will be asked to conduct fitness testing. A different test will be conducted each day. The schedule for the fitness tests is as follows:

  • Tuesday–Push up test
  • Wednesday– Shoulder Stretch
  • Thursday– Trunk Lift
  • Friday–Curl up test
