FBLA Learns About Insurance
The fourth general meeting for FBLA will be about insurance. This month’s theme had been decided during the summer. “We want to provide useful personal finance skills,” Azeezat Akinboro said. “Through this meeting, we hope our members have a better idea of what insurance to buy.”
Future Business Leaders of America will have a general meeting on Thursday, December 8 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. to learn about auto and health insurance. Their presentation will explain the importance of insurance, different types of insurance, and how to save money on policies. There will be an icebreaker game that puts these skills into practice. In addition, members will receive more details related to the district’s competition in January.
