Just Another Week in Fitness Classes

This was a fairly slow week for the Fitness classes, they didn’t do anything out of the norm so I don’t have much to say. They had to do cardio for 35 minutes this week. There was nothing special about the weight training requirement this week or anything like that. Their PAK covered how to exercise safely and not overheat/get hurt during exercise, and to stay properly hydrated. The usual routine is followed for these classes mostly, there’s not much special often.
