MSA will meet Friday, April 22 to start setting up decorations to celebrate a muslim holiday called Eid Al-Fitr. Eid Al-Fitr marks the end of a 30-day fast that all muslims participated in, in the month of Ramadan which is considered the holiest month. This celebration will take place May 1, though most members will be out that day due to morning prayers. The decorations will stay up in the social studies hallway till May 2 so that the members and officers can celebrate the next day in school.
