Fitness Faces Ordinary Week

This week there isn’t anything specific to fitness or unique that any of the classes are doing for the gym. It’s UIL week for a lot of people actually, so a lot of students are excused from cardio for Thursday and Friday, but otherwise most students are stuck doing 40 minutes of cardio. April 19, they played a fast paced volleyball match for fun, but other than that the week was standard. The PAK for the week covers diet and nutrition, and how to maintain this. The PAK doesn’t have anything unusual to compete, and in general it was a pretty normal week for those who don’t have UIL.
