Tootle-too! The band hall is filled with noise as flutes, trumpets and saxophones go off. Practice is key for success and Amanda Choi wants nothing but her very best. “Pre UIL was a good Progress check i guess to see what we needed to correct. It was a good Checkpoint.” says Choi.

This week Band goes the extra mile to get things done. During lunch, band students are seen playing their instruments and practicing every second they can. Many have been coming after school on Thursdays to keep practicing and getting their part done. Wind ensemble plays for their upcoming UIL competition coming this April. These past few weeks band has been playing their music sheets songs such as Strut or American Patrol. On Friday, April 8th, Band starts their Band Trip to San Antonio.
