Kerr Band Prepares For Competitions
Wham! The sounds of band members Daniel Cobos, Alex Lopez, Otokini Cotterell, and Aiden Davis playing their piece I feel like Funkin’ it up. They show great enthusiasm in perfecting their piece together.
This week, Feb 14 has Jazz 1 and 2 preparing to play on March 5 for the Alief Jazz Festival where they will play with 16 other Alief bands. Concert Band, Symphonic Band, and Wind ensemble all prepare for their UIL competitions coming up this spring. On Feb 17, Marching Band will start their practices for the Fiesta Flambeau Parade taking place April 9th in San Antonio. Meanwhile, Jazz still continues to practice their piece I Feel Like Funkin’ It Up
