Cardio Requirements Increase For Fitness Classes

This week, the Fitness classes have been in the same routine. Since we don’t have school on Friday though, that gives the students a break from the daily cardio. This week, the cardio requirement is 45 minutes, since they’ve now hit the maximum, that’s what it’ll be from here to the end of the term. The PAK content covered in the classes currently deals with nutrition and feeding your body in a way that is nourishing to yourself, and what sort of nutrients the body needs to function on a day to day basis. Other than that, the students have been playing sports both inside & outside.
