Working on their new unit, students taking Pre-AP Chemistry are tackling the labs. Provided with some assistance from the teachers, they look through spectroscopes at different lights produced by a high voltage emission tube. While observing, they draw a rough sketch to use later on. In doing this lab, they’re able to learn more about line spectra and the electromagnetic spectrum.
