Fitness Prepares for Progress Reports

It’s progress report week, and that usually means that students have to deal with their grades and get a realistic viewpoint of where they are. The Fitness class is no different, the grades for Progress Reports are in and students have to either make up their missed cardio hours or they are content with where they are. This week the required cardio is 35 minutes a day, and if you’re missing cardio you have to add that to the daily cardio.
