PE Classes Prepare for Break

During the weeks nearing Thanksgiving, the fitness classes are helping the students prepare their body to go on break. The fitness classes have been working on their core body strength with different sort of exercises, these can include sit-ups, pushups, etc. This is to improve their overall fitness and teach the students some simple, doable sort of exercises for all. The main thing that these fitness classes focus on, are to improve the fitness of the students who take their class, which includes any sort of progress whether it be strength wise or not.
