PE Classes Work on Resistance
For this week, the fitness class has been working on learning different types of resistance exercises. They have been learning how different fitness exercises tie into muscle endurance and growing your fitness as a person. The textbook chapter they use covers the different parts of your body that each exercise they list correlates to. This helps the class see what they’re doing, in detail. The classes as a whole have been learning how the class benefits them as a whole.
