PE Classes Stress Effective Workouts

Fitness class has recently moved into doing approximately 40 minutes of cardio per day in class. As for the Foundations class, their PAKs have recently moved into more effective methods of doing cardio and utilizing the body, such as Anaerobic fitness activities. When the term ended, they covered what progress they made in weight and cardio. They’ve been working more on cardio than weights though, and playing sports. It’s similar to a fitness regimen that one would find on YouTube.
