On October 12, band held a concert consisting of both Marching Band and Jazz Band. Eighth-grade band members were invited to attend the concert in order to observe how Kerr’s band could help them grow potentially. According to band director Joey Brunson, 140 band members have signed up to go on the trip to the San Antonio Fiesta Flambeau Parade on April 9, 2022. With millions of viewers both physically and digitally, it is set to be the biggest parade Kerr Band has ever performed in so far.
