Open House

September 16, 2010

Kerr’s annual Open House will be held on September 16 at 6:30 PM and will last until 8:00 PM. From 6:30-6:45 PM parents and students are going to meet the counselors in the cafeteria. Then from 6:45 to 7:00 PM, they’ll meet up with Principal Greg Freeman. And lastly the parents will get a chance to visit their children’s classes from 7:00-8:00 PM.

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
