School of Music holds auditions

January 6, 2011

The Sarah and Ernest Butler School of Music will hold auditions for prospective students at the University of Texas at Austin. They will be held on January 22, January 28, and February 5.

Anyone interested in auditioning should visit http://music.utexas.edu to see all requirements and areas available on each of the three dates.

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
