STUCO second district meeting on Nov. 10

October 22, 2015

Members who have been active with Student Council in the past few months are eligible to attend the second district meeting on Tuesday, November 10.

Students who are interested in going should turn in $10.00 and a permission slip to Michelle Zapata in the Spanish center by Wednesday, October 28.

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
