Last group games to be played on Oct. 7

October 7, 2014

The last group games for Groups C and D will be played on Tuesday, October 7. After these games two teams will be eliminated from each group. However, the team that is in third place in their group will have to play a consolation game before it gets eliminated.

The games are:

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
