STUCO to work after school for winter formal decorations

February 11, 2014

Student Council will be staying after school on Tuesday, February 11, Thursday, February 13, and Friday, February 14, to work on winter formal decorations.

The location of where students are asked to meet will be announced either by the afternoon announcements or on eChalk and the STUCO Facebook page the day before.

Points will be rewarded to students who stay after and help with decorations.

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
