FBLA to meet Jan. 23

January 21, 2014

Future Business Leaders of America will meet on Thursday, January 2, after school in the business center. The meeting will begin at 2:30 PM.

All members are encouraged to attend this meeting. Important information pertaining district competition will be discussed as well as a demonstration on the proper formal attire.

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
