StuCo announces Christmas Sweater Day

December 12, 2013

To celebrate the holidays, Student Council (StuCo) will host a Christmas Sweater Day on Tuesday, December 17. Students can wear their ugliest or prettiest Christmas sweater to earn points during all lunches.Participants must sign in to receive the points.

Any questions can be directed to StuCo’s sponsor, Margaret Bancroft, who can be found in the Science Center.

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
