Homecoming king and queen nominations are in

November 11, 2013

Nominations for Homecoming King and Queen 2013 have ended. The nominees for homecoming king are Roddrinskee Johnson, Jamarcus Lacy, Jim Luu, and Wallace Wilson. The nominees for homecoming queen are Malenie Areche, Kristi Arroyo, Tam Tran, and Tam Vu.

Students may officially vote for homecoming king and queen 2013 starting on Monday, November 11. The poll can be found on the Student Council eChalk class page in the resources.

The poll for homecoming king and queen will be close on Friday, November 15 at midnight.

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
