Volunteers needed for After School Program

Students can earn volunteer hours by helping younger students as members of the After School Program team.

Duties include assisting students with homework, hands-on activities, and enrichment activities (sports, dance, cooking).

The program hours are 3 PM to 6 PM for elementary schools and 3:45 PM to 6 PM for intermediate schools.

Campus locations that offer this program include:
Elementary schools- Alexander, Boone, Cummings, Heflin, Kennedy, Landis, Outley, Smith, Youens
Intermediate schools- Budewig, Klentzman, Miller

Students are allowed to volunteer 2 – 10 hours per week.

Applicants should e-mail a letter of interest to Nancy Jeffs at [email protected]. Then, they will be contacted with additional information.
