STUCO meeting this Friday

October 21, 2013

Student Council will have its third general meeting this Friday, October 25 in the cafeteria. The meeting will take place after school from 2:30 PM to 3:45 PM.

All students are welcomed and encouraged to attend. Volunteer opportunities, important dates, homecoming, and red ribbon week will be discussed.

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
