STUCO asks for donations

May 23, 2013

Student Council is asking for donations. Students can donate a bag of Hershey’s Kisses or a pack of construction paper.

Points will be awarded and count towards next year. One bag of Hershey’s Kisses will equal three points and one pack of construction paper will equal two points.

Donations can be given to STUCO advisor Margaret Bancroft in the Science center. All donations are due by this Friday, May 24.

Following hard sectional training, the band gathered for a full ensemble session, where they improved their synchronization and togetherness as a whole. Getting that time to work together as a whole really helps us bond and perform at our best, Raiyyan Khan said.

Voices of Alief Hosted a Meeting
Sip and Type Erica Carranza, Sarah Abi Saab, Abigail Nguyen, and Leah Ghebrelul meet up at Kims Tea House afterschool on Tuesday to prepare for a mock round on Thursday. During their time there, they researched the impacts of AI on disinformation. Im not the biggest fan of this motion, but Im still excited, Nguyen said.
