STUCO hosts a Spring fling

March 6, 2013

Kerr Student Council will be hosting a Spring fling on Saturday, March 23, from 8 PM to 11 PM in the cafeteria. The theme of the dance is “The Roaring Twenties.”

Tickets are currently on sale during all lunches. Tickets are $7 individually or four for $20. Students are allowed to bring one guest outside of school, but must fill out a guest form.

Proceeds from the dance will go towards Doctors Without Borders in honor of the late Marc Levine, a Kerr alumni and son of Social Studies teacher Steve Levine.

SNHS Hosts Last General Meeting
Pose for the camera! Beyonce Vallecillo takes post-prom photos at City Center. She chose the rooftop as a scenic backdrop to capture lasting prom memories. “I had so much fun getting ready and taking prom pictures,” Vallecillo said.
Students Celebrate Prom Night
Stay on the know: Officers Helin Wang and Regina Tan gave out cords to seniors who qualified for a graduation cord. There were changes made to the cord requirements, with less activities required. "Make sure to wear it at graduation," Wang said.
SFH Hosts Last Meeting
Reaching Out Class Officer candidates create Instagram posts the week before elections to gain votes. With many students running this year, elections have been very competitive. "Keep pushing forward, even if it takes one, two, or three attempts," junior candidate Sean McClain said. "That way, even if you’ve lost, you can take pride in knowing you truly gave it your all."
